Miami Wellness Guide

If you’re planning a trip to Miami (or lucky enough to live here), this is your go-to guide to experience the best of the city’s wellness scene. From spa days and lymphatic massages to matcha trucks and sunrise walks, I’ve rounded up my absolute favorite spots to move, eat, recharge, and reset. Let’s get into it!

Wellness Services

Magic Shape

For the best lymphatic massage in the city, Magic Shape is my holy grail. It’s not just about looking snatched (which will happen), it’s about boosting circulation and feeling lighter and more energized. Ask for Flavia and use code KELSEY15 for a discount on your first visit.

Faena Hotel Spa

If you’re craving a full spa day, Faena is the move. Their steam, sauna, and wet rooms are next-level and ideal for a deep reset. I love spending a few hours for a massage or facial, then unwinding with tea and a book in their quiet lounge. I promise it will leave you feeling like a new person!!

Daily Wellness Club

Acupuncture, cupping, and holistic treatments all in one serene, beautiful space. I go here when I need to reset my nervous system or decompress—it’s quiet, thoughtful, and always exactly what I need.

Centner Wellness

Centner is more of a high-touch wellness center with advanced treatments like IV therapy, ozone, and lymphatic support. If you’re looking for biohacking vibes, this is the spot.

Complex Miami

Need physio or bodywork? Ask for Anderson at Complex Miami. He’s super hands-on and focuses on what your body really needs, whether it’s tight hips or tension headaches.

Coffee, Matcha, and Smoothie Spots

Sunlife Organics

Hands-down favorite for smoothies!! The Billionaire smoothie is elite. Protein-rich, adaptogenic, and super creamy. Bonus: it’s right by the beach, so grab it pre- or post-walk.

Honey Veil

This viral matcha truck is as good as it looks. They’re often parked around South of Fifth, and the branding is so cute.

Maman

French vibes, good coffee, and great for a solo laptop session.

True Loaf

If you’re into sourdough, this is your spot. Get the chocolate croissant or a loaf of the olive sourdough to take home. Everything is made in-house, and so worth it.

Facade

Another great spot for matcha! A hidden gem when you’re craving a quiet moment.

Favorite Places to Move

Sol Yoga

Hot yoga with a vibe. The studio is gorgeous—mirrored walls, purple lighting, and energetic flows. You’ll leave drenched in sweat and glowing.

Megalit

Lagree-style training that fires up your core and glutes. It’s slow, intense, and so effective. Pro tip: go early, those morning classes fill up fast.

Fuze House

Think strength meets sculpt in a club-like environment. It’s high energy and great if you want to lift heavier while keeping the music and momentum up.

Yoga Joint

More traditional power yoga. Super consistent teachers, solid playlists, and a clean, friendly vibe. It’s a great place to build a steady routine.

Extra Faves

The Standard Spa

Spend the day. Steam, swim, sun, repeat. It’s chill, beautiful, and an ideal solo or friend date. Also a great place for a cold plunge if you’re up to it!

Miami Beach Boardwalk

There’s nothing like an early morning walk with a good podcast or friend. I try to do this a few times a week to clear my head before a busy day.

The wellness scene in Miami is amazing if you know where to look. Prioritize how you want to feel, mix movement with recovery, and don’t forget to have fun.

Let this guide be your starting point—and trust me, once you start, you’ll want to keep exploring!
