We love a snatched waist!!!! Am I rite? But there is a certain level of finesse and knowledge needed. There are can you are going to get you your desired results or others.

Also, it’s not to say the ❌ exercises aren’t good it’s more so just that there are better movements to target the waist.

And that’s why I am! To guide you in the right direction.

EXERCISES:
+ overhead marches
+ birddog
+ plank pull-through
+ pendulum

2-3 rounds x 30sec of each exercise OR you can do 12-15 reps. This is the perfect quickie circuit if you’re looking for a killer core workout or you can pull from these exercises
