(high-protein) 5 INGREDIENT SPINACH that actually fits your goals! This warm and cozy dip has 28g of protein and only 245 calories for the whole thing... YES, the entire dish. It’s one of those recipes that feels like you’re indulging, but you’re actually fueling your body. Perfect for a snack, light lunch, or spread when hosting.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/4 cup blended low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt a 2 tosp low-fat mozzarella
+ Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Finely chop the artichokes and mix everything in a small oven-safe dish. Top with another 2 tbsp low-fat mozzarella

2.) Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. So easy!!

Let cool & enjoy! Serve with a healthy tortilla chip (I used @sietefoods), cracker or veggies. Let us know if you try it in the comments below!

New favorite low-carb hack just dropped: ZUCCHINI WRAPS.
If you love a cheesy, crispy, satisfying wrap (without the carbs), you need to try this. They’re super easy to make, customizable with any fillings, and honestly... might be better than a regular wrap.

Here’s how to make them:

INGREDIENTS:
+ 1 zucchini
+ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
+ 1/2 tsp olive oil
+ Pinch of salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Slice your zucchini thin and evenly using a mandolin
2.) Arrange the slices into a 5 x 4 rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet, overlapping slightly so there are no gaps.
3.) Lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle your mozzarella evenly on top.
4.) Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling. Let cool then fill with your favorite ingredients, roll up, and enjoy!

Current fave combo: arugula, mayo, shaved turkey and tomatoes. But seriously, the possibilities are endless, customize to your liking.
